Can I place an order over the phone?

We do not take phone orders nor do we accept any payments by phone, but you have the option to make payment from our website through various methods including PayPal or purchase from our authorized retail store such as Amazon.

How do I track the shipment for my order?

For orders placed on Amazon can be tracked under Amazon.com or through the mobile app. You may also contact us for further assistance. For orders placed on our official website at www.tuvacs.com, an email confirmation with the FedEx tracking number will be sent to the email address on file. You may want to check your Spam or Junk folder if you have not received any email from TUVACS. You may always contact us at support@tuvacs.com for further assistance.

How long does it take for shipping?

Please note that after an order is placed, it does take up to 1-2 business days to process and fulfill your order. During the process, a label is created but the estimated delivery date does not get updated until FedEx actually picks up the package from our warehouse distribution center. Transit time via FedEx may vary and may take up to 7 business days for delivery.
