We highly esteem customer rights and kindly request you to carefully review the following TUVACS Robotic Vacuum After-sales Policy.

3. after-sales service commitment

When you purchase the TUVACS Robotic Vacuum from our authorized retailers or sales outlets, you are entitled to the following after-sales services:


Free Replacement Service
1. Throughout the warranty period, you can enjoy free replacement services if your product encounters any quality issues.
2. If your product experiences performance failures during use, and it is confirmed by TUVACS to be a quality issue, you can apply for free replacement.
3. You can apply for free replacement within 30 days of receipt for products damaged during transportation.


Free Repair Service
1. During the product warranty period, you can enjoy free repair services for performance failures not caused by human factors.
2. If you detect any quality issues with the product during the warranty period and it is confirmed by our technical staff, you can apply for free repair services.
3. You can enjoy free replacement of parts or components and repair services for any quality issues with product accessories or components.

4. after-sales service conditions

4.1 The product must be purchased directly from TUVACS or an authorized dealer and used in accordance with the instructions provided in the user manual.
  
4.2 The following situations are not eligible for free repair/replacement services:
1. Products purchased from unauthorized retailers other than TUVACS.
2. Failure to provide proof of purchase (purchase invoice/valid consumption record).
3. Damage caused by abnormal or incorrect usage, improper storage, unauthorized repair, inspection, disassembly, or manipulation, as well as damage resulting from unauthorized modification, incorrect use of non-original accessories, or tampering with labels, anti-counterfeiting marks, etc.
4. Damage to external parts of the product due to human error.
5. Normal wear and tear, as well as consumable parts (such as tire wear, scratches on the shell, etc.).
6. Damage caused by natural disasters or force majeure events (such as lightning strikes, floods, earthquakes, pests, etc.).
7. Products sold on unauthorized platforms or products with altered, deleted, moved, or unidentifiable model numbers, serial numbers, or manufacturing numbers.
8. Products repaired by unauthorized service centers.
9. Damage caused by dropping, crushing, immersion in water, or bending.
10. Products beyond the warranty period.

5.1 Return and Exchange Service
Return and Exchange Period
1. From the date of your purchase, you are entitled to a 30-day no-reason return service. To qualify, the product must be returned in resalable condition, meaning it should have no damage to its appearance, all accessories intact, and the original packaging undamaged.
Precautions
1. Consumables such as virtual walls, main brushes, side brushes, dustbin filters, main brush covers, mops, filter cartridges, etc., sold separately and unused, are eligible for a 30-day no-reason return policy starting from the day after receipt. When returning the product, please use the original packaging to return all accessories included in the package.
2. Consumables such as virtual walls, main brushes, side brushes, dustbin filters, main brush covers, mops, filter cartridges, etc., that have been unsealed are not eligible for the 30-day no-reason return policy.
3. Products that have been damaged or lost due to human factors are not eligible for the 30-day no-reason return policy.
Return and Exchange Process
1. Submit Application: If you discover any quality issues with the product or need to return or exchange it, please contact our after-sales service team within the warranty period. Provide order information, a description of the product issue, and other relevant details to submit the return or exchange application.
2. Review and Confirmation: Our after-sales service team will review and confirm your return or exchange application. We will verify whether the product meets the conditions for return or exchange. If necessary, we may request additional information or proof from you.
3. Confirmation of Solution: After the review and confirmation process, our after-sales service team will communicate with you and provide corresponding solutions, including options for return and refund, free replacement, or free repair.
4. Implementation of Return or Exchange: Depending on your chosen solution, we will arrange for the sending of return labels, shipment of replacement products, or provision of repair services to protect your rights effectively.
5. Completion of Process: Upon receiving the returned product, replacement, or completion of repair, please carefully inspect whether the product meets your expectations. If you encounter any issues, please contact our after-sales service team for further assistance.
Precautions for Returns and Exchanges:
Before proceeding with any returns or exchanges, please carefully read TUVACS's after-sales service terms and conditions to ensure compliance with the return or exchange conditions.
1. Any signs of wear and tear, scratches, or other damages to the product's appearance after use may disqualify it from being eligible for return or exchange.
2. If the product to be exchanged is discontinued and TUVACS has no available stock for replacement, we will offer an equivalent or similar alternative. The final decision on the replacement product will be determined by our customer service team. If you specify a different product of higher value, any price difference must be paid.
3. Please keep the purchase receipt and product packaging safe, as they may be required as proof during the return or exchange process.
4. When returning or exchanging a product, please ensure that it is in perfect condition, with all accessories included, and maintain the integrity of the original packaging.
5. Upon receiving the returned, exchanged, or repaired product, promptly inspect it for any issues. If any problems are identified, please contact our after-sales service team for assistance.
6. The processing time for returns typically takes 7-10 days, and the time for refunds to be credited depends on the policies of the respective platforms. Please be patient while waiting for the return/exchange process to be completed.


5.2 Free Repair Service
TUVACS assures that products, chargers, and accessories purchased from our authorized retailers or sales outlets are eligible for free warranty services starting from the date of purchase by the consumer. If issues arise that are not caused by human factors, consumers can reach out to TUVACS for complimentary repair services during the warranty period, with any associated shipping costs covered by TUVACS.
Precautions for Free Repair
1. Products under warranty will retain the remaining warranty period after repair or replacement.
2. In the event of product replacement, the new product will inherit the remaining warranty period from the original product, rather than initiating a new warranty calculation.
